Today really sucked - not because I hated what I was doing so much but more because I have had it with being taken for granted! I was left to run the office on my own again and had been booked to enrol numerous learners onto courses at the same time as I had been booked to see other individuals. Add to that the fact that there are still issues with other staff failing to fulfil the required audit and funding guidlines it just ticks me off that I spend so much time introducing the required guidelines for them to be ignored by those who either ask me to ensure we are robust or the staff they seem inclined to defend even though they are blatently not doing the job they are paid to do!
So I am going to put all my hard work to good use. I am a fully qualified Microsoft Instructor and with my sights set on the Adobe certification I am going to get my accreditation and registraions upto date - I should in theory be able to just register for my MCP and my MCT status. The Adobe certification also looks as though I just need to find a testing centre, which it would seem there is one near Edinburgh - a day out perhaps :-) (although I am not sure Jehane will want to sit and wait while I take a test or 2!!!
Well I really should go and eat. Its been 12 hours!
