Changing Season

My personal favourite of all the images I have taken this year.

I have 2 versions this, taken on my DSLR and one taken on the iPhone.

It was one of those lucky moments. It was early in the morning, a storm was picking up outside and this appeared on the window. A few shots later (lucky I keep the cameras at the ready) and it was gone.

I love it for so many reasons but mostly because I think it minds me of the last 2 years. What started out as a stormy time in my life had now settled. I have an amazing partner, we have a lovely house and we have many, many plans. What was once a solitary image in black and white is now full of colour.

2013 is certainly already shaping up to be an even more amazing year...
