So we picked a fair amount of fruit at the local PYO the other day and tonight it is getting turned into jams and jellies! Blackcurrant jelly, gooseberry jam and raspberry jam to be precise.
I would also like to make some flavoured vodka but we need more fruit! Next weekend is going to be another day of PYO!
